Frank J. Stuart
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Stuart has over eighteen years of management and technical experience. Mr. Stuart holds a M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University and a B.S. degree in Behavioral Science from National College of Education. In 2004, Mr. Stuart was nominated for Black Enterprise’s Emerging Small Business of the Year. In 2003, Mr. Stuart was selected as one of the Fifty Most Influential Minorities in the Country. In 2001, he was nominated for the State of Virginia Entrepreneur of the Year. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Virginia Urban League and is Chairmen of the Golf Committee, and a member of the Personnel Committee.

GPS has enjoyed a Mentor-Protege relationship with General Dynamics Information Technology (www.gdit.com). GDIT has contributed tremendously to the financial and technical capacity of GPS over the last several years and has successfully partner on a number of initiatives.
